The rather fabulous autocluster tool at https://geneticaffairs.com (more background in this article) emails you an HTML file. This is really cool, but the researcher and DNA fanatic in me immediately wants to annotate this, and find I can't! The tool also works with files from MyHeritage's new implementation of AutoCluster.
The table of clusters below the graphic is what I need. This tool will extract this into a CSV and also into tab delimited to make it easier to work with the data.
