Convert Autocluster table to spreadsheet format

The rather fabulous autocluster tool at https://geneticaffairs.com (more background in this article) emails you a zip file containing an HTML file that contains a useful set of tables for each cluster.

This tool will extract the table data and put it into a CSV file ready for easy editing and note-taking.

Please note - the processing is done by your browser and the file does not leave your computer!

Browse for your autocluster HTML file (You will have to unzip the zip file and find the .html file in the unzipped files)

Click the button below and select the file on your computer. Data options will then appear below.

All done! Download your file below, or click the link for data you can copy/paste.

File format not recognized!

The file should be an HTML file emailed by the website geneticaffairs.com or myheritage.com. The filename will normally be in the form AutoClust_[company name]_[name]_[date].html and will need to be unzipped. Please try another file!
