MyHeritage recently announced that they are transitioning from microarray testing to whole genome sequencing, and that by the end of 2025 (in just over a month!) all samples will be processed with this technology. We’ll have to wait and see before we can understand exactly what impact this change will have, but like many genealogists, I’m excited to find out.
