I’m excited to share that I will be the keynote speaker at the 18th AFFHO Congress on Family History in Wellington, New Zealand next year. The event takes place from February 11th to 14th, 2027 and is being held at Rutherford House, Victoria University of Wellington.
It will be amazing to finally meet people I’ve interacted with for many years. As well as a keynote address, I’ll be delivering a presentation and two “masterclasses”: one on What are the Odds? (WATO) and one on chromosome mapping.

I just realized that so far, the furthest east I’ve travelled from the UK is Corfu, Greece, and that was 34 years ago. So I’m looking forward to exploring!
